I urge Americans to read the Birthright Citizenship decision from the Supreme Court. Especially the dissenting opinion from Justice Thomas which begins at page 62 and includes a brief summary that runs for 5 short pages. Read the summary if nothing else. Justice Thomas is an American patriot who loves our country and deeply believes in our founding documents and principles.

Politics of a different kind than political activist Democrat judges, but still politics, and still has no business in a Supreme Court decision.

I think this was a bad, wrong-headed decision. Justice Thomas’s dissent is a master class in how decisions should be made and thoroughly destroys the Robert’s decision.
