From ‘conspiracy theory’ to ‘cover-up’? Agencies hid 2018 pitch to fund chimeric coronavirus

There needs to be a real, bipartisan, hard-science look at all aspects of the Corona Virus and government response on a world-wide basis. Trump should create a study group to accomplish this. The group should include top scientists from a variety of disciplines, politicians on both sides, and industry insiders. This has to be a real analysis based on the best data with no holds barred conclusions.
