Karl Denninger on what the Maricopa Audit showed

On Maricopa

“…There may well be more here — but what’s been discovered thus far and proved (and for which the evidence is now in the public domain) shows that:

1. The election in Maricopa County for federal offices, including President, was not conducted in accordance with Federal Law.

2. The results, based solely on the count of duplicated ballot envelopes (people who voted more than once), which exceeds the margin of victory for the Presidential Office, are not able to be confirmed since once duplicate ballots are removed from the envelopes it is impossible to identify them.  Maricopa county claimed no such duplicates exist.  We now know more than 17,000 in fact do exist and the envelopes still exist.  What we cannot prove one way or another is whether the ballots inside those envelopes were counted and, if only one was counted, which one was counted.  We thus have no way to know who won.

3. The persons running the election have made materially false statements on an intentional basis about the equipment never being connected to the Internet.

4. The persons running the election both deliberately destroyed data related to the election in direct violation of Federal Law and, as a separate and distinct offense, attempted to cover up that destruction and identification of the person who did so.  This act, standing alone, demonstrates intent to tamper with the election results.

5. The vast majority of said deliberately destroyed data was not recoverable and likely is not recoverable.

By forensic evidence, not presented and unrebutted, the outcome of the election in Arizona was falsely certified.

What’s the remedy for this?

That’s a separate debate — but that this one county alone did in fact corrupt their election, did so intentionally, and did so in such a fashion that at this time it not possible to know what the result actually was is not subject to reasonable dispute…”

Durham Probe reaches inside Biden White House

Biden Security Adviser Jake Sullivan Tied to Alleged 2016 Clinton Scheme to Co-Opt the CIA and FBI to Tar Trump

“…The ties between Joe Biden and Jake Sullivan, the White House Security Adviser now indicted by John Durham’s grand jury.

White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan figures prominently in a grand jury investigation run by Special Counsel John Durham into an alleged 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign scheme to use both the FBI and CIA to tar Donald Trump as a colluder with Russia, according to people familiar with the criminal probe, which they say has broadened into a conspiracy case.

Sullivan is facing scrutiny, sources say, over potentially false statements he made about his involvement in the effort, which continued after the election and into 2017. As a senior foreign policy adviser to Clinton, Sullivan spearheaded what was known inside her campaign as a “confidential project” to link Trump to the Kremlin through dubious email-server records provided to the agencies, said the sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity.

Last week, Michael A. Sussmann, a partner in Perkins Coie, a law firm representing the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee, was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of making false statements to the FBI about his clients and their motives behind planting the rumor, at the highest levels of the FBI, of a secret Trump-Russia server. After a months-long investigation, the FBI found no merit to the rumor.

The grand jury indicated in its lengthy indictment that several people were involved in the alleged conspiracy to mislead the FBI and trigger an investigation of the Republican presidential candidate—including Sullivan, who was described by his campaign position but not identified by name.

The Clinton campaign project, these sources say, also involved compiling a “digital dossier” on several Trump campaign officials—including Lt. General Michael Flynn, Paul Manafort, George Papadopoulos, and Carter Page. This effort exploited highly sensitive, nonpublic Internet data related to their personal email communications and web-browsing, known as Internet Protocol, or IP, addresses.

To mine the data, the Clinton campaign enlisted a team of Beltway computer contractors as well as university researchers with security clearance who often collaborate with the FBI and the intelligence community. They worked from a five-page campaign document called the “Trump Associates List.”

The tech group also pulled logs purportedly from servers for a Russian bank and Trump Tower, and the campaign provided the data to the FBI on two thumb drives, along with three “white papers” that claimed the data indicated the Trump campaign was secretly communicating with Moscow through a server in Trump Tower and the Alfa Bank in Russia. Based on the material, the FBI opened at least one investigation, adding to several others it had already initiated targeting the Trump campaign in the summer of 2016.

The indictment states that Sussmann, as well as the cyber experts recruited for the operation, “coordinated with representatives and agents of the Clinton campaign with regard to the data and written materials that Sussmann gave to the FBI and the media.”

One of those campaign agents was Sullivan, according to emails Durham obtained. On Sept. 15, 2016—just four days before Sussmann handed off the materials to the FBI—Marc Elias, his law partner and fellow Democratic Party operative, “exchanged emails with the Clinton campaign’s foreign policy adviser concerning the Russian bank allegations,” as well as with other top campaign officials, the indictment states.

The sources close to the case confirmed the “foreign policy adviser” referenced by title is Sullivan. They say he was briefed on the development of the opposition-research materials tying Trump to Alfa Bank, and was aware of the participants in the project. These included the Washington opposition-research group Fusion GPS, which worked for the Clinton campaign as a paid agent and helped gather dirt on Alfa Bank and draft the materials Elias discussed with Sullivan, the materials Sussmann would later submit to the FBI. Fusion researchers were in regular contact with both Sussmann and Elias about the project in the summer and fall of 2016. Sullivan also personally met with Elias, who briefed him on Fusion’s opposition research, according to the sources.

Sullivan maintained in congressional testimony in December 2017 that he didn’t know of Fusion’s involvement in the Alfa Bank opposition research. In the same closed-door testimony before the House Intelligence Committee, he also denied knowing anything about Fusion in 2016 or who was conducting the opposition research for the campaign.

“Marc [Elias] … would occasionally give us updates on the opposition research they were conducting, but I didn’t know what the nature of that effort was—inside effort, outside effort, who was funding it, who was doing it, anything like that,” Sullivan stated under oath…”

Biden’s border disaster – Mexican cartels take advantage of Biden’s weakness, confusion to move operations into the U.S.

Smugglers Move Migrants into Heart of Texas Border City

“…ROMA, Texas — Cartel-connected human smugglers moved their operations from hiding in the remote outskirts of Miguel Aleman, Tamaulipas, Mexico to the heart of this Texas border city less than one hundred yards from the Roma International Bridge. The smugglers faced no opposition from Mexican law enforcement authorities as they crossed hundreds of Central American migrants into the United States.

A popular scenic overlook on the Rio Grande in Roma, Texas, affords a birds-eye view of this large-scale human smuggling operation. Friday evening, Breitbart Texas visited Roma and observed the smuggling operation in full swing as they moved nearly 400 migrants into the heart of the downtown area. Exclusive video shows traffickers bringing the migrants across the Rio Grande and delivering them into the hands of Army National Guard troops patrolling the riverbank. The operations take place with smugglers making no pretense of attempting to hide their activity. Migrant groups interviewed by Breitbart Texas were mostly Central American family units and also included several unaccompanied migrant children.

The Texas National Guard soldiers gather the migrants as rafts deliver them through the darkness in a series of back-and-forth trips across the Rio Grande. After multiple deliveries, the soldiers escort the migrants into the Roma town square in groups of 50 or more. Within feet of the entrance to the Roma City Hall, Border Patrol takes custody of the migrants and record basic biographical information. The migrants sit in the dimly lit town square for hours waiting for a ride to a Border Patrol processing center.

The Border Patrol in the Rio Grande Valley Sector is overwhelmed with the volume of migrants crossing daily and lacks the transportation resources to quickly move the migrants to their processing facilities. The outdoor detention is commonplace in Rio Grande Valley cities and in other southwest border locations…”

The Times’ damage-control article is just the tip of the FBI iceberg. And more proof January 6 was an inside job.

Times Reveals FBI Role in January 6

Julie Kelly:

“…The New York Times often acts as the spin cycle for the Democrats’ dirty laundry. For years, Times reporters have helped get ahead of damning news, especially when it’s related to the Russian collusion hoax, in an attempt to establish the narrative early.

A recent example is the Times article downplaying the pending indictment against Michael Sussman, the Clinton campaign lawyer who acted in cahoots with the FBI to seed the collusion tale before the 2016 election. The article was published the day before Sussman pleaded not guilty of lying to the FBI.

On Saturday, the Times published a carefully constructed bombshell intended to soften the blow of an explosive scandal in the making: the FBI had at least one informant among the group of Proud Boys who marched on the Capitol on January 6. The informant, according to “confidential documents” furnished to the paper, started working with the FBI in July 2020 and was in close contact with his FBI handler before, during, and after the Capitol protest…

…Feuer and Goldman warned. “The F.B.I. also had an additional informant with ties to another Proud Boys chapter that took part in the sacking of the Capitol,” they wrote. In a tweet linking to his article, Feuer admitted other FBI assets “may emerge, further complicating the picture of Proud Boys activity on Jan 6,” he posted.

The emergence of numerous FBI informants or undercover agents won’t complicate the “picture” of the Proud Boys participation in January 6. It will, however, complicate the groupthink shared by the media, Democrats, and NeverTrump Republicans that the FBI played no role in organizing or perpetrating the “attack” on the Capitol, suspicions raised by myself and the late Angelo Codevilla here at American Greatness, and Darren Beattie at Revolver News months ago.

Even more ridiculous is how the Times attempts to debunk those suspicions: “The new information was revealed at a time when misinformation continues to circulate among far-right commentators and websites accusing the F.B.I. of having used informants or agents to stage the attack on Jan. 6. And the records show that the informant traveled to Washington at his own volition, not at the request of the F.B.I.”

Color me crazy, but an informant working with the FBI—and getting paid to do so—didn’t exactly need an invitation from Christopher Wray to get to the scene of a major political event on January 6.

Since the summer of 2016, the Federal Bureau of Investigation has used every tool in its extensive and potent arsenal to target Donald Trump. This included the use of confidential informants, FISA warrants, leaks of classified information, and sketchy documents such as the Steele dossier produced by another FBI asset at the time, Christopher Steele.

As I’ve written for months, the FBI now is turning those weapons against Trump-supporting Americans…”
