• • In April, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg indicted Trump on charges related to payments in 2016 to porn star Stormy Daniels on the same day that former Biden aide Kathy Chung testified at the House Oversight Committee that the White House version of events regarding Biden’s mishandling of classified documents was wrong. In particular, the documents were not kept in a locked closet at the Penn Biden Center, and Biden’s attorneys had begun retrieving them in May 2022, not November 2022.
  • In June, Smith indicted Trump in Miami for allegedly retaining White House documents, including classified documents, on the same day lawmakers revealed that Joe and Hunter Biden had received payments of $5 million each from the corrupt Ukrainian energy company Burisma. The lawmakers had viewed a report, recorded on a form known as an FD-1023, in which bribes were described by a trusted FBI informant. The news was drowned out by the first, historic federal indictment of a former presidenet.
  • Later the same month, Smith filed a superseding indictment in the “documents” case the day after Hunter Biden’s “sweetheart” plea bargain with federal prosecutors in Delaware fell apart in court. Under the agreement, Hunter Biden was to have accepted a guilty plea for two tax misdemeanors and a diversion program for a gun violation. But the judge questioned a provision that had shielded Hunter Biden from further prosecution of his financial dealings, in which President Biden may have been involved.
  • On Tuesday, Smith filed his indictment against Trump relating to his attempts to contest the 2020 presidential election. The indictment came the day after former Hunter Biden business associate Devon Archer testified at the House Oversight Committee that Hunter Biden had put his father on the telephone with Hunter’s business associates; that Hunter Biden had been hired by Burisma to influence then-Vice President Joe Biden to stop a prosecutor; and that Hunter Biden had made money from China…”

The FBI/DOJ are corrupt institutions. The Biden Administration is the most corrupt in U.S. history.

“…there are three main entities involved in taking down a politician over a corruption scandal. First, there is the media, which broadcasts the details of the scandal, eroding public support. Second, there is law enforcement, which investigates and, if necessary, presses criminal charges. Third, there is the party establishment, which ultimately abandons the politician as a matter of self-preservation, signaling that it’s “game over.”

But what happens when a scandal is so big that the people responsible for breaking it are implicated in it as well?

“…Biden appears to be basing his assertions on one stat in particular, factory construction. And yes, if you look at that stat alone then it might seem like domestic manufacturing is experiencing new life. But, where are these new factories coming from?

The majority are government subsidized green tech factories as part of Biden’s “Inflation Reduction Act.” Meaning, they are jobs created using your tax dollars through socialist programs, not free market demand. Not only that, but a number of these factories are being built by foreign companies, not American companies. For example, JA Solar, a Chinese company, plans to build factories in Arizona while benefiting from Biden’s subsidies. Meyer Burger Technology, a company out of Switzerland, is also building solar factories in Arizona.

And what happens when the government props up an industry without equal market demand? What happens when a manufacturing “boom” siphons American cash to foreign interests? “…Judge Terry A. Doughty shocked Americans with his July 4th restraining order against Biden’s digital team which was supposed to be fighting “disinformation” but was in reality just banning views online it didn’t like.

Doughty’s opinion is a jaw dropping expose of how White House staff bullied Facebook, Twitter and other platforms to remove content about election fraud, COVID concerns and other matters of public interest in blatant violation of the First Amendment.  Governmental actors cannot demand that others do what they cannot under the Constitution, just as you can’t have proxies break the law for you. Yet that’s exactly what Biden officials did and that’s exactly what Judge Doughty stopped.

Curiously, Doughty’s order was stayed by the Fifth Circuit pending appeal. The case has been fast-tracked, however, given its serious nature, and an appellate decision is expected this fall.

Regardless of the outcome, White House staff either don’t know they are governed by the First Amendment (unlikely) or don’t care (likely). Their conduct also shows that COVID was almost certainly a fraud as were the measures imposed in its name, which were not only unwarranted but also anti-health and anti-medicine…”

“…The AAMC brief refers to four studies in support of this claim. Yet none of them examine whether Black doctors are better at treating the pain of Black patients. All four document Black patients’ problems with pain management, but crucially, not one examines the efficacy of doctors of different races. The AAMC either failed to read the research or deliberately created this claim out of whole cloth…”

Garbage and fakery in a Supreme Court analysis. Fifteen years ago I would not have believed it. Instead of choosing highly qualified exceptional judges, Democrats choose based on nonsense and the results are terrible.

Experts immediately objected that the claim was wildly off base. AAMC later asked the Court to correct the claim, though many objected that it still did not fully address the scope of the false claim. Ted Frank who previously noted that the study itself was flawed in relying on a linear regression given the small group analysis. He responded to the correction on Twitter by noting:

“The particular specification the authors and AAMC highlight fails to account for the fact that black doctors are much less likely to be neonatologists, who get the higher risk cases. The number is much smaller when there’s a partial attempt to control for this. And, as the op-ed noted, the logit model hidden in the back of the appendix found that black doctors had a higher mortality rate overall. The study is not grounds for racial discrimination, and the paper doesn’t dare to claim that skin color saves lives.”

I will leave these details to those with a better statistical handle on these studies. However, even after AAMC corrected or “clarified” its error, the media is still citing the original claim…”
