Can you imagine remaining on that police force after the leadership refuses to enforce the law?

With that statement, the chief justice revealed not only that he suffers from the very self-aggrandizement plaguing the lower court judges but that he is either willfully blind to the brewing fire they sparked, or lacks the will to put it out. Apparently, he is content to let it spread — digging in, defending courts acting lawlessly, and deferring to the “process.” At the same time, he attacks those who would dare notice the judiciary is self-immolating by subverting representative government and demand that something be done about it…”
Robert’s instincts are bad. His judgement on political issues is bad. His leadership of the judiciary is a failure.

The judiciary is self-destructing under the bogus decisions of political judges. Congress must act, if the judiciary does not self-correct. Roberts shows no interest in reining in rogue political judges. For an institutionalist like Roberts, this failure to intervene shows negligence and/or cowardice.

And why do Democrats select crackpot judges?
When Democrat ideas and policies fail to carry the day in the arena of popular politics they fall back on their friends in the judiciary.
We have many rogue judges.
