“…A Washington State school district equity leader has been removed from her position after her vulgar anti-white video rants came to light.

According to Jason Rantz, Alicia Busch of the Tahoma School District Equity Support Team proclaims in her recordings that white people are “amoral colonizers” and that the American Dream “is white supremacy,” among other things.

“If you are a person of whiteness, I don’t give a <expletive>. I don’t give a <expletive> about your comfort… your feelings…. about where you think your place is in the world,” Busch says in one clip. “If my existence and my statements and actions cause you discomfort, then I am doing the right thing.”…”

United Airlines temporarily blocked from imposing vaccine mandate on employees

Federal Judge Blocks United Airlines From Imposing Employee Vaccine Mandate

“…A federal judge in Texas issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) against United Airlines on Wednesday, blocking the airline from imposing a vaccine mandate against any of its employees in a nationwide class-action lawsuit.

According to the judicial order, which could be the first of its kind in the country against a coronavirus vaccine mandate, United Airlines is prohibited from placing employees with religious and medical exemptions on unpaid leave until October 26 while litigation continues. The judge also prohibited the airline from denying any employee requests for religious or medical exemptions. Previously, the airline did not allow employees to apply for an exemption after August 31.

Earlier in the case, the airline agreed of its own accord to postpone its vaccine mandate until October 15 for employees with exemptions during litigation. The day before the October 8 hearing, however, United filed a partial motion to dismiss, alleging the court lacked jurisdiction over the claims in the lawsuit. In order to allow the court reasonable time to respond to the jurisdictional challenge and to rule in the evidentiary hearing for a preliminary injunction, which was reset for Wednesday, the judge issued the TRO.

United Airlines originally told its 67,000 U.S. employees they must be vaccinated against Chinese coronavirus (or secure an exemption) by September 27 or face termination. As the airline’s vaccine mandate stands, any employees with exemptions would still be considered employed but would be placed on unpaid leave and would lose their benefits for up to six years or until the airline deems pandemic conditions safe for unvaccinated employees to return, according to the complaint.

“It is unconscionable to force any person to undergo a medical treatment that they object to as a matter of faith,” said Ken Blackwell, formerly the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Human Rights Commission and currently with the American Constitutional Rights Union. “When so many other nations recognize that there is no medical reason for people with natural immunity to take a vaccine, it is essential that America lead the way to protect our citizens’ rights on that front also.”…”

Smoke and Mirrors: Biden’s Vaccine Mandate Doesn’t Actually Exist

“…Back on September 9, Old Joe Biden declared war on the unvaccinated, saying: “I’m announcing that the Department of Labor is developing an emergency rule to require all employers with 100 or more employees, that together employ over 80 million workers, to ensure their workforces are fully vaccinated or show a negative test at least once a week.” But here we are over a month later, and this “emergency rule,” despite having caused a massive disruption in the American workforce and led to millions of people facing getting fired with no unemployment compensation or other means of support, still has not actually appeared. And that may not be due solely to the catastrophic incompetence of Biden’s handlers. It could actually be part of the plan.

Joy Pullmann, executive editor of The Federalist, wrote Thursday: “It’s all a mirage. Biden’s so-called vaccine mandate doesn’t exist — at least, not yet. So far, all we have is his press conference and other such made-for-media huff-puffing. No such rule even claiming to be legally binding has been issued yet.” But there is apparently a method to this madness: As long as there is no actual mandate, the Biden administration can’t be taken to court for issuing one. “That’s why nearly two dozen Republican attorneys general who have publicly voiced their opposition to the clearly unconstitutional and illegal mandate haven’t yet filed suit against it.”

Not only is there no actual vaccine mandate, but there doesn’t even seem to be one in any advanced state of preparation. Pullmann points out: “According to several sources, so far it appears no such mandate has been sent to the White House’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs yet for approval. The White House, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration [OSHA], and the Department of Labor haven’t released any official guidance for the alleged mandate. There is no executive order. There’s nothing but press statements.” And “despite what you may have been falsely led to believe by the media fantasy projection machine, press statements have exactly zero legal authority.”

The Wall Street Journal published a letter Tuesday that spells out what may be the administration’s game plan here: “The mandate’s nonexistence shields the Biden administration from legal challenges that may ultimately restrict the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s authority. Yet the mandate is still effective at compelling industries and companies into compliance, as it leaves room for any eventual issuance to target noncompliant entities. This implied cudgel is particularly effective on industries and companies that are dependent on federal spending or the goodwill of federal regulators. The nonexistent mandate also allows so-inclined state and local governments and companies to issue their own mandates, seemingly in lockstep with Washington. The Biden White House has been well-served by presenting a nonexistent mandate as a done deal.”

The nonexistent mandate is just the beginning of Biden’s handlers’ disingenuousness about all this. Old Joe said on September 9: “The bottom line: We’re going to protect vaccinated workers from unvaccinated co-workers.” He and his handlers, as well as the media establishment that cheerleads every move that is choreographed for him, have steadfastly ignored the fundamental incoherence of this. Vaccinated people should not need to be protected from unvaccinated coworkers. That’s what the vaccine is supposed to do. If the vaccine is rendered ineffective in the presence of unvaccinated people, then it is useless anyway and shouldn’t be mandated in the first place.

But instead of noting this commonsensical observation, the establishment media continues to try to stampede the American people into accepting the authoritarian directives of this administration, no matter how flimsy the basis for them really is. This is how totalitarian societies operate: The Great Leader’s word is law, and that’s that. No paperwork need be filed, no legal niceties observed. This is the Führer’s wish! That’s all a good citizen needs to know!…”

Southwest cancellations a coordinated protest?

Southwest Whistleblower: Canceled Flights the Result of a ‘Coordinated Protest’ Against Vaccine Mandate

“…In the wake of massive Southwest Airlines cancelations and disruptions, a whistleblower within the company reached out to PJ Media to confirm that employees, including pilots, gate agents, flight attendants, and others, are fighting back against the mandatory vaccines ordered by the federal government. “It’s a coordinated protest,” said the source, on the condition of anonymity.

The employees have coordinated on social media platforms and are standing up at what they believe is a pivotal moment in America that will determine whether the country remains free or slides into despotism. “We know we can stop this,” the whistleblower said. “And if we don’t do it now, it will be too late. Everyone is very excited!”

Southwest Airlines has denied that there is a “sick-out” and has had the mainstream media running cover for them all week. USA Today put out a strange multi-part tweet listing all the reasons why the sudden shutdown of thousands of flights is anything but a protest. I don’t know when Columbus Day became a “peak holiday” travel day, but I guess it’s the new excuse. (At least they didn’t cite the perfectly clear weather again.)

“They’re all going to look like fools soon,” said the insider. That would be nothing new for the fake news media. But it’s not just Southwest Airlines employees who have conscientious objections to mandates. According to the source, there are 22 airlines, along with truckers and other transportation employees represented in their ranks and more disruptions are to come. The employees are all joining FreedomFlyers.org, a website that was set up a few weeks ago to connect like-minded people and to fundraise for the effort of fighting against mandatory vaccines. They released a video that keeps being removed from social media but can be seen on their website. 

Organizers of FreedomFlyers.org have been interviewed by Tucker Carlson and Newsmax. The organizers say they do not encourage “sickouts” but they can’t control individuals. “If there’s a disruption in one part of the system, it has a catastrophic effect among the rest of the system, which is going to affect commerce, it’s going to affect trade, and ultimately it’s going to affect the economy,” pilot Joshua Yoder told Tucker Carlson. “We have all the control and the control comes from a simple word and that’s ‘no.’ We just don’t need to comply.”

Yoder said that losing 30% of the pilots who are opposed to the mandates will cripple the country and they’re willing to do that to ensure Americans keep their medical freedoms…”
