Alan Dershowitz Predicts Trump Will Win Pennsylvania Lawsuit

“…Citing the Bush v. Gore case in 2000, Dershowitz asserted that President Trump may very well overturn the Pennsylvania election call if he and his legal team can prove that the segregated ballots helped sway the election…”

First step for Trump to reclaim election

Huge Legal Victory for President Trump in Pennsylvania

“…A judge in Pennsylvania has ruled in favor of the Trump campaign after concluding that ballots received after 8 p.m. on Election Day that were segregated should not be counted.

The judge also determined that Kathy Boockvar, the Pennsylvania secretary of the Commonwealth, lacked the “statutory authority” to change election law days before the election.

“[The] Court concludes that Respondent Kathy Boockvar, in her official capacity as Secretary of the Commonwealth, lacked statutory authority to issue the November 1, 2020, guidance to Respondents County Board of Elections insofar as that guidance purported to change the deadline in Section 1308(h) of the Pennsylvania Election Code […] for certain electors to verify proof of identification, based on Secretary Boockvar’s interpretation and application of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision in Pennsylvania Democratic Party v. Boockvar,” Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt’s ruling reads. “Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS that Respondents County Boards of Elections are enjoined from counting any ballots that have been segregated.”…’

Trump pursuing count irregularities in Michigan

Trump Campaign Lawsuit Challenges Dominion Voting Machine Counts in Michigan

“…The lawsuit cites the well-publicized incident in Antrim County of a Dominion Voting machine mistakenly counting thousands of extra votes for former Vice President Joe Biden instead of President Donald Trump.

The lawsuit asks that campaign challengers be physically present to observe and confirm the accuracy of the equipment Wayne County used to tabulate the votes on Election Day.

“[B]allots that were tabulated with defective or malfunctioning tabulating machines or software must be excluded from the tally or hand-counted to confirm they are accurately counted and may be included in any certified canvass,” the lawsuit reads.

In a statement, Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said the issue was an “isolated user error” and the result of a failure to update the media drives for the vote tabulators.

But the Trump campaign was not satisfied with Benson’s explanation.

“Her statement failed to provide any coherent explanation of how the Dominion Voting Systems software and vote tabulators produced such a massive miscount,” the lawsuit reads.

Wayne County, which includes the city of Detroit, uses the same Dominion voting tabulating system, according to the Trump campaign.

“We want to make sure that no vote tally includes fraudulently or unlawfully cast ballots, ballots tabulated by the Dominion tabulating software until that software is validated, and that any ballots received after election day both potentially postdated or predated, need to be reviewed before that time,” Trump Campaign General Council Matt Morgan, said in a call with reporters…”

Georgia Democrat Rev. Raphael Warnock didn’t get a lot of scrutiny, now he is. It ain’t pretty.

Big Oppo Dump on Georgia Dem Senate Candidate Reveals Troubling Facts

“…First there was the news that he was a youth pastor at a church in New York City that hosted a celebration for Fidel Castro. The act was celebrated as “civil disobedience” against the U.S. blockade on Cuba and Castro was introduced as a great and honorable man, and a hero of the struggling people around the world, according to Fox. Warnock’s team claimed he had no decision making power at the time but it shows the nature of the church in which he was involved.

Then Warnock also defended the firebrand pastor Jeremiah Wright, Barack Obama’s pastor for years. According to the Free Beacon:

Warnock has been one of Wright’s most consistent public supporters. In 2014, he praised Wright’s “God Damn America” sermon in a speech at the Auburn Avenue Research Library.

“You ought to go back and see if you can find and read, as I have, the entire sermon. It was a very fine sermon. And Jeremiah Wright was right when he said the attack on him was in a real sense an attack on the black church,” Warnock said. “The message of Jeremiah Wright was that public policy has consequences.”

In the sermon, not only did Wright say “God Damn America,” he compared U.S. leaders to Al Qaeda and said that HIV was invented by the government as a way to kill black people.

Warnock has also made anti-Israel statements and has claimed Jesus was Palestinian according to the Free Beacon.

In 2018, Warnock claimed in a sermon that “the government of Israel shoot[s] down unarmed Palestinian sisters and brothers like birds of prey.” He also criticized the U.S. government for moving its embassy to Jerusalem and blamed the “mealy-mouthed Evangelical preachers, who are responsible for the mess that we found ourselves in both there and here.”

In a 2014 speech, Warnock also described Jesus as a “Palestinian peasant,” a claim that contradicts biblical and scholarly descriptions of Jesus as a Jewish man from Judea.

But today, more information dropped that was troubling, the news that Warnock had been arrested for obstructing in a suspected child abuse investigation police were conducting at his church camp.

According the Baltimore Sun, court documents said Warnock and another pastor tried to prevent the police from interviewing counselors at the camp.

The ministers interrupted a police interview of a counselor Wednesday in a room at the camp and, after investigators moved the interview to a nearby picnic area, interfered again and subsequently tried to prevent a camper from directing police to another potential witness, according to charging documents.

“I’ve never encountered resistance like that at all,” said Trooper Diane Barry of the state police Child and Sexual Assault Unit in Westminster. Barry said the counselors consented to the interviews after being told they were free to go at any time and were not obligated to answer her questions.

The police did say that neither pastor was a suspect in the case. Warnock said he was only trying to see that the counselors had lawyers before being interviewed. If that were true, why would they need that and shouldn’t his first concern be the suspected child abuse?

But Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) wondered whether the media would even ask Warnock about this…”
