Unfortunately, I believe this description of FEMA is representative of the federal bureaucracy as a whole. It is staffed by Democrats. It is protective of Democrats. It promotes Democrat policies and politicians. It targets Republicans and conservative organizations. In short, it is a biased, politicized disgrace to our great country. Cut it down. Turn over the staff. Bring in responsible leadership. Run it like a business.
