Jack Smith Brings ANOTHER Indictment Against Trump

Was Mr. Smith appointed to his office legally? Does Mr. Smith have authority to bring charges against any American?

Not according to Judges Cannon and Thomas.

You would think Mr. Smith would want to sort out the constitutionality of his appointment prior to bringing new charges against a former president and the current Republican candidate for president with an election three months off. But not in the Democrat fever swamps where Trump is literally Hitler and where Trump is the omnipresent threat to Democrat power elected and otherwise.
