The people of Chicago have voted for Democrats for decades. They have voted for the same failing policies and politicians over and over again. The children and grandchildren of Chicago voters vote the same way. Failure has been institutionalized. Failure has become an accepted and preferred lifestyle. They teach their children that failure is preferred to success. This is in America. Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic.
