California Democrats are ridiculous. They pass nonsensical after nonsensical bills. Many, maybe most, are clearly unconstitutional. They are not held to account for their foolishness by media or voters and so it goes on. Voters vote for these same people over and over like in Chicago or Baltimore or San Francisco. Failure is a choice and Democrat voters seem to prefer delusional failure to actual success.
