Trump, through his super-man-like mind control techniques, is able to convince experienced banking and lending professionals and their institutions that they do not need independent due diligence when lending Trump’s companies millions and millions of dollars in commercial lending scenarios.

That is the basic argument of the the State and the nitwit judge. The lending institutions have been hoodwinked and victimized by Trump somehow, and the State needs to step in to protect the banking community.
