The Whistle Blows on Hunter Biden’s Plea Deal

“…The Beltway press corps spent the week quoting “experts” assuring the public that Hunter Biden’s plea deal didn’t amount to special treatment. You can believe that, or you can read the sworn testimony of Internal Revenue Service investigators who say the opposite.

House Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith on Thursday released the testimony of Gary Shapley and another, anonymous IRS whistleblower. They tell a story of blocked search warrants, tip-offs to Mr. Biden’s team, squelched avenues of investigation, downgraded charges, and interference by Joe Biden’s appointees. Mr. Shapley, a 14-year IRS veteran, said the Justice Department, its Tax Division and the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office “provided preferential treatment and unchecked conflicts of interest.”…”

Merrick Garland has proven to be a weak political tool, easily manipulated, his powers abused, his professionalism corrupted for base political purposes. This man almost made it onto the supreme court.

The number of professional folks willing to compromise themselves for cheap political gain is an eye-opener for me. I would not have believed it, even in the hyper-partisan political situation that exists today. Ms. Wolf has disgraced herself and her profession, for what? A crooked politician and his drug addict son. Does Ms. Wolf think that the Biden’s would think twice about dumping her by the side road anytime they perceive political gain in doing so? Bad judgement, bad decisions, bad people are not restricted to the left or the Democrats, but it sure seems like they have a superabundance of bad right now.
