There is no excuse, no explanation for this. This is a power grab from the people in charge. It is the latest in a long line of government cons. The only difference is the nominally claimed reason, Covid. The people in charge are power hungry monsters.
The NZ public has already been conditioned into dobing in their neighbor from the lockdowns 😉
