Lindsey Graham introduces 15-week abortion ban as pro-lifers seek to put Democrats on defense

I’d be more comfortable at 12 weeks. It won’t stand judicial review one way or the other. it is a political proposition, equal to and opposite of the Democrats and their political tricks.

It is a “states rights” issue.
