WI Audit Report: Results Certified Despite Illegal Ballots

Local election officials often seem to jealously protect their petty fiefdoms from audit. Sometimes refusing to cooperate with auditors. Sometimes refusing to comply with subpoenas. Sometimes refusing to turn over election records.

This calls into question election management, election integrity, election results in general.

Why any local voters would stand for this mismanagement is beyond me.
