City student passes 3 classes in four years, ranks near top half of class with 0.13 GPA

These are American children.

This is failure up and down the board. These kids have been failed by their parents. Failed by the local school boards. Failed by their teachers and principals. Failed by local politicians. Failed by state and federal politicians. Failed by the media. Failed by the media because Baltimore is a Democrat stronghold.

There is no explanation for this failure other than corruption in almost every level of local schools and politics. Nobody cares about the children. They care about paychecks and local power. Parents are either so ignorant as to be idiots or they simply don’t care about the education of their children.

This is an American disgrace.
