This particular decision stacks different aspects of stupid to achieve a new level of special stupidity. For instance, has any single ‘global climate migrant’ been identified anywhere? Now, such a group of preferred victims will miraculously appear out of nowhere to exploit the special stupidity of this nonsensical uttering of a mumbling fool. Next, we will be told by our moral betters in Democrat government that American citizens have to accept these preferred victims into our country and provide tax dollars for their care.
