You try to find a solution in the form of plastic domes, to isolate patrons from the environmental effects of the homeless, but the local government inspectors close down your restaurant claiming your solution does not meet code. You have to modify your solution so that it is no longer effective in its original purpose before the government inspector will allow you to reopen.
