Cedric Charles Moore, 27, walked into the Scott County Sheriff’s Office and “turned himself in peacefully,” the Cape Girardeau PD posted on Facebook. Moore was charged with second-degree felony assault and first-degree felony child endangerment. The boy suffered a broken nose and concussion from the ambush.
