Only 5% Of Black First-Time Takers Passed February California Bar Exam, Compared To 52% Of Whites, 42% Of Asians, And 31% Of Hispanics

This is purely a merit issue. If you study and work hard your chance of passing is good. If you don’t, your chance of passing is low. You don’t get special treatment because of race or skin color. Our schools teach the opposite. Many young people believe what they are taught and face a rude awakening when they enter society.
