Lane County, Oregon school board member Rose Wilde claims 2-years-olds can be transgender and may know their gender identity “as soon as they have a concept of gender.” Wilde went on to compare being transgender to being a woman, black, or Christian while pushing for the federal government to fund sex change surgeries.
