Corrupt FBI – FBI notes detail effort to catch Flynn in lie to ‘get him fired’ as Trump adviser

John Solomon:

“…A senior FBI official’s handwritten notes from the earliest days of the Trump administration detail a tortured debate among officials to use a bureau interview of then-National Security Adviser Michael Flynn to get him to lie so “we could prosecute him or get him fired.”

The notes and other emails were provided to Flynn’s lawyers under seal last week and released Wednesday night by court order, providing the most damning evidence to date of potential politicalization and misconduct inside the FBI during the Russia probe.

The notes show FBI officials discussed not providing Flynn a Miranda-like warning before his January 2017 interview — a practice normally followed in such interviews — so that he could be charged with a crime if he misled the agents, the officials said.

“What is our goal? Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?,” the handwritten notes of the senior official say.

Multiple officials confirmed to Just the News that the author of the notes is William Priestap, the now-retired FBI Assistant Director for Counterintelligence and the ultimate supervisor for fired agent Peter Strzok, who led the Russia probe.

Justice Department officials are investigating whether Priestap’s notes were written in conjunction with meetings he had with top leaders like then-Director James Comey and then-Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, officials said. A special prosecutor is reviewing DOJ’s and the FBI’s handling of the Flynn prosecution, which led to the former Trump adviser and retired general pleading guilty to lying to the FBI under a plea deal with Special Counsel Robert Mueller in the Russia case.

Flynn’s lawyer Sidney Powell filed a court motion last week saying new evidence has emerged showing Flynn was framed and his conviction should be dismissed. The officials said the notes are part of that new evidence and had been withheld from Flynn’s defense team for years even though they were potential evidence of innocence.

More evidence if being produced in the next few days that will further illuminate the FBI’s conduct in the case that is now at the center of the DOJ investigation…”

Biden asked about Hunter’s corruption in China — Responds in gibberish

Biden said, “My son’s business dealings were not anything where everybody that he’s talking about, not even remotely, number one.”

Sorry ladies, the #MeToo, #BelieveAllWomen movement was political theater, you didn’t take it seriously did you?

Ex-NAACP Leader Kweisi Mfume Wins Maryland Seat in Congress Mfume defeated Republican Kimberly Klacik in the heavily Democratic district

Of course the story linked above from an NBC affiliate did not mention this:

The NAACP Paid $100,000 To A Woman Who Accused Him Of Sexual Harassment. Now He’s Likely Headed To Congress. House Democrats say they can’t do anything about the years-old allegation against Kweisi Mfume.

#MeToo, #BelieveAllWomen, #BelieveSurvivors, was a bunch of hogwash created from good motives, but quickly used by national Democrats as a cynical ploy to gain political advantage against Republicans.

Just another fake movement, trumpeted by fake politicians, and reported by fake media.

Democrat mayor takes away citizens’ rights, blames virus response

“…The mayor of Jackson, Mississippi is using Coronavirus as an excuse to suspend the city’s open carry law – announcing in a YouTube video that the suspension was a response to the ongoing gun violence in the city.

“The City of Jackson faces a significant challenge with illegal guns,” said Mayor Chokwe Antar Lumumba, citing Mississippi Code 45-17-7 as granting him authority to issue the order. “In the space of just one week, two innocent children have lost their lives due to senseless gun violence. Many of these killings could have been avoided if we had state law that enabled us to better control the presence of firearms on our streets.”

“Prior to the open carry law, when Jackson police officers saw a gun in plain view, it gave them probable cause to seize the weapon and determine if it was an illegal weapon or not. The open carry law not only provides protection to individuals who armed with illegal weapons, it creates an atmosphere of fear and intimidation in the community.”

In response to the decision, the Mississippi Justice Institute filed a lawsuit against Lumumba, arguing that the action is unconstitutional, according to WLBT.

“The U.S. Constitution and the Mississippi Constitution protect the right to openly carry firearms in public for self-defense, as do Mississippi statutes. A mayor does not have the authority to override these constitutional rights, even during a state of emergency,” reads a statement from the group.

“Mississippians should know that when the government tries to take away your constitutional rights, MJI will always be in your corner to help you fight back,” said MJI Director Aaron Rice, who added that the crimes have nothing to do with COVID-19, or the right to open-carry a firearm in public for self-defense…”

I’ve worked the coronavirus front line — and I say it’s time to start opening up

Daniel G. Murphy:

“…I’m an emergency physician at St. Barnabas Hospital in The Bronx. I have been in the ER every day these last few weeks, either supervising or providing direct care. I contracted a COVID-19 infection very early in the outbreak, as did two of my daughters, one of whom is a nurse. We are all well, thank God.

COVID-19 has been the worst health care disaster of my 30-year career, because of its intensity, duration and potential for lasting impact. The lasting impact is what worries me the most. And it’s why I now believe we should end the lockdown and rapidly get back to work…

…Here’s why.

First, the wave has crested. At 1 p.m. April 7, the COVID-19 arrivals slowed down. It was a discrete, noticeable event. Stretchers became available by 5 p.m., and the number of arriving COVID-19 patients dropped below the number discharged, transferred or deceased…

…Second, I worry about non-coronavirus care. While the inpatient units remain busy with sick COVID-19 patients, our ER has been quiet for more than a week. We usually average 240 patients a day. For the last week, we averaged fewer than 100. That means our patients in this diverse, low-income community are afraid to come to the ER for non-COVID care…

…Third, inordinate fear misguides the public response. While COVID-19 is serious, fear of it is being over-amplified. The public needs to understand that the vast majority of infected people do quite well…”
